Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
1. Item(s) must be in original condition with returns tag and/or hygiene seal remaining in place.
2. Item(s) must not be worn, altered or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat or any other substance on them.
*We can not accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
*We recommend briefly fitting your item over your underwear and keep the item(s) in the provided packaging for protection.

We do not offer free return unless discussed otherwise. Return costs are for the customer.
When you return items from different purchases/orders, you can return the items in one package. Always write down all the order numbers.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Keep your shipping receipt until you received our return confirmation email. In case your package gets lost we will need proof of your return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 12 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
